Looks like something right up my alley!<br />Regarding the cheese, as mentioned on my blog...I so hate that about your american sharp and the place closing, that&#39;s terrible. I can understand how you feel. If you ever get the opportunity, I highly suggest you order a ball of edam from the university of mississippi. They make it on campus and sell it online. They have differnt varities (though not the american sharp) but the edam is unlike anything I have ever tried. I think you would live it. I also have ordered the baby swiss from them and had it shipped-yum!
