Pat, I could look at your rooms every day and be happy! I remember all this, but love to see it again. Your posts always reminds me that frugality is doable, while still splurging on the occasional "bones" of a room that will be timeless. In fact, you've taught me a lot since I've been reading your blog! And I fell in love with that blue tree, so it's nice to see it again!

What a great transformation. I love the blue! And one of the first things that I noticed was your beautiful prints. I was so glad to see that they were actually calendar art. I have a calendar this year that I just love, now I know that I'm gonna have to take the photos and use them as framed artwork. Great idea! And the slipcovered chairs and dining table are so pretty. Love your room!

I just love the aqua color. I can't come up with the words right now, but there's just something about that color that really draws you in. I like your Clander art idea. I've saved a few old calendars with some beautiful art work. Can't wait to frame them nad hang them. Thank you for sharing all the information.

Ohhh I love it when you show your beautiful home! I loved the dining room in the gold and I love it in the blue and you know I love those moldings and those framed prints! Beautiful transformation! We are having fantastic weather this week...alot cooler and NO HUMIDITY!!!! lol Thanks for coming by girl...I am loving the 'farm'.oh and by the way..we never had to carry an extra pair of shoes to the pasture when I was growing up...my mama taught me how to avoid stepping in the cow patties!!!! lol lol I mean it ain't like they are hard to spot! lol lol

That's a superb transformation! It was beautiful before, but even better now! Love the way it looked at Christmas, and the framed "calendar" florals look so impressive (and for an amazingly modest financial investment!).

Love your dining room, Pat! That blue is such a gorgeous blue! It looks so pretty at Christmas time! The weather here as been amazing...actually chilly at night! I guess this makes up for the unusually hot days earlier in the spring. :-)

Love this room! I especially like the half paneled white walls below and that beautiful blue on top. I need a carpenter!! The table and chairs are perfect in there and the round table seems to give you more space in this room. Maybe I should think round instead of rectangular. I also like that you left those beautiful windows open.
